Five- (5) year extended warranty: We offer one of the most generous warranty programs available in the industry.
High level of service: We have over twenty certified technicians with a fleet of company service vehicles and a team of ten inside customer service reps who respond to customer needs quickly and efficiently. Our emergency response time is two to four working hours.
Competitive prices: We maintain a large volume of inventory on hand. Since we buy our inventory in bulk, we are able to take advantage of additional manufacturers’ discounts. This allows us to be highly competitive and pass on the savings to our customers.
Quick installation: We offer customers quick installations. In many cases we are able to install new system in one to three working days.
Single point of contact: Nextcom represents local and long distance carriers such as Pacific Bell, AT&T, PaeTec. We are able to provide coordination with these companies as a single point of contact for our customers.
Technology oriented: The principals of the company are all electronic engineers who graduated from Southern California universities. Technological innovation and expertise are part of the Nextcom company culture. Working with certain manufacturers, we help test and develop new products.

Authorized distributor: Nextcom is an authorized distributor for a number of manufacturers such as NEC, Toshiba, 3COM, Panasonic, Active Voice, Cisco, Altigen, Interactive Intelligence, and others.
Multi-product vendor: Since we represent different manufacturers, we are not biased towards a particular system. After evaluating our customer needs, recommend, and implement the best possible solution.
