The NEXTCOM Guarantee
(Maintenance Agreement)
The Nextcom Guarantee is a Maintenance Warranty that protects the investment that you’ve made in your telecommunications systems by assuring a quick response time to your request for assistance, replacement of failed parts, and service restoration in a expedient manor.
In addition to the preferential treatment accorded our "Nextcom Guarantee" customers, the customers will receive at no charge:
Response Times:
Non-emergency – (Monday - Fridays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., holidays excluded.)
We will respond to all calls within a 24-hour period from the time Nextcom first receives the request.
Emergency - (Monday - Fridays, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., holidays excluded.)
We will respond to all calls within a 4-hour period from the time Nextcom first receives the request.
