Steps must be performed from the main Reception phone (Usually Ext. 100 or 101)

TO SET THE TIME

1. Press FEATURE (FNC)
2. Dial 9#
3. Enter hour and minute using the dialpad
4. Press RECALL to change AM/PM setting
5. Press HOLD to change to calendar setting
OR Press FEATURE (FNC) to exit this feature

TO SET THE DATE

1. Press RECALL to select day of week
2. Dial # (pound) to move the cursor to day of month field
3. Enter day of month using the dialpad
4. Press RECALL to select month
5. Dial # (pound) to move the cursor to year field
6. Enter last two digits of year via dialpad
7. Press FEATURE (FNC)
