change must be performed at Receptionist’s extension.
Action
1.
Press The [ON/OFF] Button.
2. Press [PROG.] Button.
3. Dial [#] and Then [3].
4. Enter 4 Digits for the Year (e.g., 1995).
5. Enter 4 Digits For The Month And Day (e.g., 0406 for APRIL 6TH).
6. Enter Two Digits For The Hour (00-23).
7. Enter Two Digits For The Minutes (00-59).
8. Press The [ON/OFF] Button.
